Holland and Belgium

Concrete jungle...
We were entering deeper into the concrete jungle of Europe. Two boys- Turkish and Moroccan gave us a lift from Paris to Rotterdam  in the night. They didn't speak any English and communication was hard. They obviously were also in Rotterdam for the first time, because when we arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning they started asking everybody in the street: "Coffee shop?". We went in the first coffee shop with them, but they were in a hurry, made their shopping and took off to Paris...

Rotterdam is the biggest port in the world...
Skyscrapers, concrete, glass...Rotterdam is not very nice :)

We stayed here 3 days because of the never stopping rain. We found a hidden place in a park, put our tent and waited for the sun...

In Brussels there are no free toilets, not even in McDonalds, in shopping centers, in gas-stations. Pissing is a huge problem for all tourist and luxury for poor people...Maybe that's why the Manneken pis (a small statue of pissing boy in the center) is so honored. 24/7 the boy is surrounded and photographed by tourists ... something like the last warrior of free pissing... The boy has more than 700 different costumes, but when we saw him he was absolutely naked...what а waste...

In Brussels we stayed 3 days with Bulgarian friends, watched Bulgarian TV and even ate Bulgarian cheese...thank you, Phoebe and Svetlio :)

Brussels skate park
 comics on the buildings...

Hitch-hiking is no problem here. The traffic is huge, 4-5 lane-highways, on several levels...thousands of cars everywhere...everybody is driving alone...there's no way to wait long until somebody pick you up...

there was a comics fest in Brussels
